Smarty Pants Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Smarty Pants, we’re committed to delivering quality educational content and tools. While we do not offer refunds, we understand that situations change, and we offer the flexibility to cancel your membership at any time.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their membership at any time by accessing their account settings.
  • Cancellation stops any future billing but does not refund any portion of the current billing period.

2. Access After Cancellation

  • After cancellation, users will retain access to their content until the end of their current billing cycle.
  • Once the billing cycle concludes, access to all Smarty Pants content will be removed unless the membership is reactivated.

3. Billing Cycle

  • No additional charges will be incurred after cancellation, and the user will not be billed again unless they choose to resubscribe.
